A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the Metepha (the clopon, the copon, the copon, the copon; hereinafter referred to as the coponon) as follows.

On January 22, 2016, the Defendant, around 22:00, administered philophones by inserting philophones into a single-use injection machine in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, dilution with biocom, and administering philophones by means of injection into his arms.

On August 3, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant inserted the philophone’s non-copon into the instant Gel, dilution with the lucopon, and administered the lucopon by mathing it.

E. On August 4, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant inserted philophone’s non-fluoron into the instant Gel’s instant telephone into the water cup, dilutioned by bio-fluoring, and administered philophones by drinking it.

F. On August 4, 2016, at around 04:00, the Defendant inserted philophone’s non-fluoron into the instant Gel’s instant telephones into water cups, dilutioned by bio-fluoring, and administered philophones by drinking them.

G. On August 5, 2016, around 18:00, the Defendant inserted the non-fluoron volume from the subway line 1 line K Station, which is located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J into the water cup, into the water cup, dilution with the bio-fluence, and math.
