A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from December 15, 2015 to January 13, 2016, served as an election campaign manager at an election campaign office of a F candidate affiliated with Ulsan DD E, who was going to the election of the 20th National Assembly member, from around December 15, 2015, and the same year, which is the 20th National Assembly member election day from January 14, 2016.

A non-official volunteer of the above election campaign office by December 13, 201, and F was registered as a preliminary candidate belonging to the Ulsan District E Party on December 15, 2015, and was appointed as a candidate on March 12, 2016, and was elected on March 12, 2016.
