A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Arranging Sexual Traffic, at the Incheon District Court around October 2, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence around January 12, 2015.
