Punishment of the crime

1. On August 17, 2013, around 20:20, the Defendant cut down two clothes equivalent to KRW 9,800 in the market price by putting them out in a household that had been previously held at the “E” clothes store operated by the victim C located in the Heung-gu Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Cheongju-si, and putting them out in a household with KRW 39,900, the market price of the victim’s ownership at KRW 59,900.
