A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) placed the “C” on a commercial sex business establishment in Busan Jin-gu Btel 1107; (b) placed the Internet advertising site for the commercial sex acts in Busan-gu Btel 1107; and (c) placed an act of arranging commercial sex acts by arranging commercial sex acts by arranging commercial sex acts between many and unspecified men from September 1, 2016 to December 1, 201 of the same year, such as “D”, “D around December 16, 2016 after advertising,” which is a commercial sex acts-related Internet advertising site (hereinafter “D”); and (d) providing E who has reported commercial sex acts to customers, with a period of KRW 130,00 per hour; and (e) providing F, a place to engage in commercial sex acts in commercial sex acts, as well as providing them with a place to engage in commercial sex acts in commercial sex acts.
