A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on Arranging, etc. sexual traffic shall place an advertisement on a business place in which such acts are conducted, such as arranging, etc. sexual traffic;

Nevertheless, the Defendant placed an advertisement containing information, such as trade name, telephone number, business hours, and price, on the trade name of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 405 and 504 and operated a sexual traffic business establishment with three to four female employees, from February 2, 2015 to July 2015, the Defendant placed an advertisement for the said business establishment, which is conducted against many unspecified persons by posting an advertisement containing information, such as trade name, telephone number, business hours, and price, at the said place.

2. On June 24, 2015, the Defendant received 100,000 won in cash from F as the price for sexual traffic at the places indicated in paragraph (1) around June 21, 2015, and had female employees G engage in similar sexual intercourse by causing them to cut off the diesel of the above F and stimulate them to their hands, and from June 20 to July 20, 2015, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic by having many male customers and female employees who reported and found the above advertisement to have engaged in similar sexual intercourse in the same manner.

1. Relevant legal provisions concerning facts constituting an offense, Article 19(2)1 of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Mediation of Sexual Traffic, Article 20(1)2 of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Mediation of Sexual Traffic, and Selection of Imprisonment with labor;

1. Article 37 (former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, Article 38 (1) 2 and Article 50 of the Criminal Act (Provided, That the above crimes shall be included).
