A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1, 2, 12 and 13 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a crime of violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (special rape) in the original state branch of the Chuncheon District Court on February 12, 2015, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of five years for the Defendant on February 24, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. On January 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) visited the Defendant’s home located in the Republic of Korea D, 203, using the NAV website at around 13:00, using the NAV computer at its home; and (b) searched the “Oman Won” through the search box at the above portal site; and (c) downloaded the photo files on the front page of the NANY (Serial No. E) and the back page of the NAY, without serial numbers, from the search result.

After all, the Defendant forged Chapter 15 of the Bank of Korea notes (Serial E) in a way that printed out a photographic file received as above in line with the front and rear side of the A4 page for the purpose of using an excessive knife, which is related to the above computer.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a currency for the purpose of exercising it.

2. The Defendant had purchased tobacco at a convenience store using forged currencies, as described in the above paragraph 1, and had the intent to provide cash by receiving the money in the name of the Defendant.

On January 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased tobacco 2 from G convenience stores located in F in Won-si, 19:03, at the horse, and issued to the victim H, the owner of the above convenience store, who is aware of the fact that the paper paper was forged, one copy of the forged Bank of Korea notes (Serial No. E) as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, and then received from the victim H 2 A of tobacco amounting to KRW 9,000 at the market price and KRW 41,000,000 from that time to September of the same month; and (b) exercised a forged currency over a total of five times from that time, as described in the list of crimes, and the victims are victims.
