A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The search and seizure of SamsungSL-J160 (Evidence No. 4) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:00 on February 10, 2019, the Defendant forged 10,000 won of the Bank of Korea’s 10,00 won of the 10,000 won of the issuance of the Bank of Korea in the form of A4 using a local unit (Evidence No. 4) for the purpose of exercising at the office of the Defendant, and using the local unit (Evidence No. 4) for the purpose of uttering, and then forged 7 copies of the 10,000 won of the issuance of the Bank of Korea from March 20, 2019, using a knife and knife with a size equal to the actual size.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the currency of Korea.

2. On February 11, 2019, the Defendant purchased, tobacco, etc. at a G store operated by F in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and used 10,00 won laps, which was forged as stated in paragraph 1, from that time until March 13, 2019, from that time, the Defendant paid 10,00 won laps (D) and 10,000 won laps (10,000 won lapsysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysysyssysysysysysysysysys

In this respect, the defendant exercised a forged call.

3. On February 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased goods of an amount equivalent to KRW 26,620 won in total at H, namely, from H, purchase of goods of an amount equivalent to KRW 10,00,000 in total at H, i.e., KRW 13:21,00,000 and acquired goods of an amount equivalent to KRW 10,000,000,000,000 from March 13, 2019 to March 13, 2019, as stated in paragraph (1).
