A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 12:24 on May 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) cut off 259,000 won of the market price, which was owned by the victim, located in the display stand by the victim E of the second floor, using the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (b) cut off 259,000 won of the market price, which was owned by the victim in the display stand.

1. On June 18, 2017, the Defendant, at the “J” store operated by the victim I located in Daegu G on the part of the victim I and stolen the victim’s oral statement with a 318,000 won market value, which was located in the display stand.
2. On June 18, 2017, at around 17:58, the Defendant, at the “L store,” located in the department stores as set forth in paragraph (1), used a gap in surveillance in the “L store,” thereby having a single victim’s share of 59,000 won at the market price, which is the victim’s ownership.
3. On June 18, 2017, at around 18:26, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with one diesel pole equivalent to KRW 1,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located in the display stand by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance was neglected in the food pipes operated by the victim M in the department stores listed in paragraph (1).
4. On July 29, 2017, around 15:20 on July 29, 2017, the Defendant, at the “O” store located in the department stores as specified in paragraph (1), used a gap in surveillance over the victim’s N, and stolen the victim’s market price, which was the victim’s ownership, with one stackt equivalent to KRW 198,00,000.
On October 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 13:17, 2017, the Defendant used a gap in the victim’s surveillance in the second floor of the D department store located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Q, operated by the victim P, with the second floor of the C department store, which used the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; (b) put the victim’s market price of KRW 795,000, which was the victim’s possession, into a shopping bag prepared in advance, and stolen it.
