『2019고단7683』 피고인은 2019. 10. 26. 10:15경 인천 남동구 E에 있는 D에서, 피해자 F의 감시가 소홀한 틈을 이용하여 그곳 진열대에 놓여 있던 피해자가 관리하는 시가 합계 4,000원 상당의 새로운젤리 1개, 맛밤 1개, 유별난 땅콩 1개를 가방에 넣어 가지고 가 절취하였다.
