Punishment of the crime
【200 order 624】
1. A thief, on December 9, 2018, at around 11:40, the Defendant stolen a thief with a head of the Nonghyup Bank, which was the victim’s possession, using the gap in which the victim took a toilet, while drinking alcohol with the victim C in his/her residence located in Busan Young-gu, Busan, the Defendant stolen the thief.
2. On December 9, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, presented the e-mail card in the name of the victim E, operated by the Busan Young-gu, Busan, to his/her own as if he/she had followed the e-mail card, and received the stolen credit card using the e-mail card equivalent to 14,820 won from the victim, and received property equivalent to the same amount.
3. On November 4, 2019, the Defendant, who intrudes upon his residence and stolen a thief, coming from a bus in accordance with the victim I (n, 82 years old) who had difficulty in body at the H urban bus stops located in Busan Young-gu G, Busan, and then stolen a property by entering the victim’s residence, and then cutting the victim into the victim’s house.

4. On November 13, 2019, at around 11:30 on November 13, 2019, the Defendant, who intrudes upon his residence and stolen, went from the bus according to the victim L(n, 83 years old) which was boomed at the bus stop located in the Busan Young-gu, Busan, and then steals the property by entering the victim’s residence, and thereby, bring the victim into the victim’s residence.
The phrase “the victim’s residence in the Busan Young-gu M apartment shall be entered into the victim’s residence, and the victim shall be 150,000 won in cash, which was the victim’s possession, using the cresh in order to let him water.
