Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from March 2014 to February 2018, worked as a teacher at Chigh School located in Seosan-si B from March 2014 to February 2018, provided art subjects to students, supervised students by taking charge of dormitory reduction, and victims are students of the above school.

1. On April 14, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Acts such as Fraudulent Means, etc.), the victim E (one-five years of age) in the second floor D of the above school between around 14:30 and around 15:30, 201 and the victim reported that the victim E (one-five years of age) was seated together with his/her friendship with his/her friendship, and the victim took 4-5 times the victim’s shoulder by hand.

From around that time to November 2015 to early December 2015, the Defendant, along with this, committed an indecent act by force against the victims of children and juveniles by taking advantage of their status as a teacher for seven times as shown in the attached crime sight table (1).

2. From June 2015 to June 20: (a) the Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act (hereinafter “Child’s sexual harassment, etc.”) stated that the Defendant provided consultation on the victim E (a person, scarcity, age 15) and sexual intercourse in the second floor school room of the above school, and that “ponth is a bad and bad, and the face is more likely to be increased. If it is deemed that it is a good, it is bad for the Defendant to make a male-gu.”

In addition, from around December 8, 2015 to around December 10, 2015, the Defendant committed sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, which causes a child victim a sense of sexual humiliation, on six occasions as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (2).
