A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a school teacher in the Jeonnam-gun, and the victim (n) is the above school student.

1. On October 2018, the Defendant: (a) was in the office of the first floor of the instant female dormitory in the school, and (b) was in consultation with the victim (at that time, 14 years old); (c) was in consultation with the victim, and (d) was in good hands.

2. On October 2018, the Defendant: (a) was in the lower-class room of the first floor of the said school female dormitory; (b) was in consultation with the victim (the victim’s age of 14); (c) was in consultation with the victim; (d) was knee of the victim; and (e) was knee of the victim; and (e) was knee of the victim; and

3. On Nov. 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was in the lower room of the first floor of the said school female dormitory; (b) was in the victim’s hand while counseling with the victim (the victim’s age of 14); and (c) was faced with the victim’s view and the victim’s injury.

4. On November 2018, the Defendant, while holding counseling with the victim (at that time, 14 years old), was in the lower-class room of the first floor of the relevant school female dormitory, was in line with the victim’s hand, and was in line with the victim’s view and the victim’s injury.

5. On June 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was in the health room of the first floor of the school building, and (b) was in the first floor of the school building with the victim (at that time, 15 years of age); and (c) was in the middle of counseling with the victim.

6. On June 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the health care room of the first floor of the above school; (b) at the victim’s (the age of 15 at that time) who consulted with the victim, the victim was faced with the victim’s hand on his/her he/sheed on the part of the Defendant’s He/she was her he/sheed on his/her he/sheed with another hand; and (c) the victim’s left chest was replaced by the other hand.

On June 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the health care room of the first floor of the above school; (b) at the victim’s school (the age of 15 at that time) and consulted with the victim, the Defendant was aware of the victim’s loss and was boomed with the victim’s entrance and breath of the victim.

As a result, the Defendant committed sexual abuse, which forced a child or juvenile victim, and at the same time made sexual abuse that causes a sense of sexual shame to a child or juvenile victim.
