A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence 1 to 3 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 11, 2016, Defendant 2017, Defendant 31: (a) arrested a police officer dispatched to the scene after receiving a report from the victim E and arrested a flagrant offender at the scene and did not commit a attempted crime by committing a crime of larceny, such as bread, on the second floor and third floor of the building located in the said section; (b) opened an entrance where the 2nd floor is not corrected through the stairs installed in the said place; and (c) intruded into the entrance; and (d) intruded the objects to be stolen, such as bread, from the second floor and the third floor of the building located in the said section.

2. 2017 high group 35;

A. At night, on January 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by intrusion on a structure at night; (b) on January 3, 2017, the Defendant: (c) opened a back door that was operated by the victim G in F at Mapopopopos, and opened the back door that was not corrected in excess of the fence; and (d) intruded into the said door and stolen the cash, which is 60,000 won, owned by the victim.

2) At around 00:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a back door of the main office that the victim I operated; (b) intruded into the main office; and (c) took cash 27,000 won in cash, the victim’s possession; and (d) stolen KRW 137,000 in cash, the victim’s possession, and the victim’s possession, who was off, with a total of KRW 110,000 in cash.

B. Around 00:50 on January 5, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny a structure at night, opened a back door that was operated by the said victim I, which was not corrected, and intruded into that door, and found an object that could be stolen by neglecting the inside of the cell phone, but failed to find it, and did not commit an attempted crime.

On the same day as above 01:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the back door reading center of H operated by the said victim G to an unfold tool; and (b) invaded the inside of the cell phone by intrusioning the device into a plosible tool; and (c) caused the Defendant to run away from the cell phone.
