A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Seized evidence Nos. 2 and 3 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 2018, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the “E” Mail on January 1, 2018, the date of the lower order, 02:00 as of January 1, 2018, where the victim D works in the north-gu Port C, and cut off with three air conditioners outside the air conditioners, where the market price on the victim’s possession is unknown.

B. The Defendant: (a) committed theft with old electric wires worth KRW 420,000 (30m) in total at the market price owned by the victim, which was placed on the said house at the time and place of the said paragraph; and (b) committed theft.
