A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the victim C and the married couple.

In collusion with D, the Defendant: (a) concluded that the ordinary defendant manages the passbook and seal of the victim; (b) concluded D as the victim; and (c) concluded D as if the defendant and D were married couple, by borrowing the property owned by the victim as security and using the loan together.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On March 25, 2011, the Defendant and the above D indicated D as “C”, “E”, “F”, “F”, “C0 million won”, and “C” in the applicant column in the name column of loan consultation and application form at the point of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Do Seoul Metropolitan Government Office of Volcano, the name column of the application for loan consultation and application. The Defendant sealed C’s seal attached to the name attached thereto.

In addition, D entered “C”, “Seoul Mapo-gu Ga 501”, and “Seoul Mapo-gu Ga 501” in the loan amount column in the name column of the loan transaction agreement, and the Defendant affixed a seal on the name of C in which it was kept next to that name.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, forged C's loan consultation and one copy of the loan transaction agreement with C for the purpose of exercising the right.

B. On July 19, 201, the Defendant and D indicated “C” in the name column, “C” in the resident registration number column, “A 501 Dongdong 501,” in the name of the Defendant’s address column, and the Defendant affixed the seal of C in the name of C in custody of the name attached to the name of the Defendant, on the real estate indication column of the loan transaction contract. D affixed the seal of C in the name of the Defendant, “C” in the name of the debtor, “C [Mapo-dong 501 Dong 501,” and “C” in the name of the debtor.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the loan transaction agreement in the name of C for the purpose of exercising the right in collusion with D.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;
