1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 91,848,022 to the Plaintiff; and (b) KRW 5% per annum from December 24, 2012 to April 16, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties is an oriental medical doctor operating the Daegu-gu D Hanwon (hereinafter “Defendant Hanwon”) located in C, and the Plaintiff is a person who has undergone spinal correction procedures (ebrate correction method) with the intent of the Defendant Hanwon.

B. Around 14:00 on December 24, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) applied to the Defendant Han-won for “conscept and booming” for the purpose of the booming treatment; and (b) undergone spine therapy (hereinafter “the primary procedure”); (c) from the Defendant, 3, 4 ebbrate therapy (hereinafter “the instant procedure”); (d) symptoms, the left face of which is abnormal and do not turn back, marine, the meat, the symptoms, the left face of which begin after the process begins, the symptoms, the right side flick, the symptoms, the flick of the right side flick, and the ebrum, etc. are finished; (b) on the same day, the Plaintiff re-entered the Defendant Han-won at around 17:00 on the same day, and 3,4 ebrate therapy and ebrate therapy (hereinafter “the instant procedure”).

3) The Defendant did not explain to the Plaintiff the details, side effects, and toeculation in the course of performing the instant treatment. (C) The Plaintiff was transferred to the emergency room of the Yong-Nam University Hospital on the same day, and was hospitalized in the RoI and the RoA Test on the same day, and received a diagnosis of “the brain-quality light on the left side” in the RoI and the RoA Test, and received an anti-cerebral surgery until December 25, 2012, respectively.

2) Afterwards, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the Ganbuk University Hospital Hospital located in Daegu-gu after being diagnosed as “the brain quality light and vertebrate with vertebrate” and received treatment for anti-psychotropic drugs, etc. In spite of the aforementioned treatment, despite the symptoms that the Plaintiff had blood on the left face, such as symptoms that he/she had blood on the left face, the sense of the left face, the sense of the right side face, the sense of the right bridge, and the loss of pedestrian balance.
