All of the plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are dismissed.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant E is a herb doctor running H Han-won located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “Defendant Han-won”), and Defendant F is a herb doctor working at Defendant Han-won.

2. The plaintiff's assertion and judgment

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that the Plaintiff had sought continuous medical treatment from the Plaintiff E, but the Defendant Han-won’s nurse recommended to undergo the instant medical treatment from Defendant F.

In this regard, Defendant F did not hear symptoms A from the Plaintiff.
