Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On October 29, 2015, Defendant A sent 50,000 won in cash to an unexploited person using the hand-on bus freight in Cheongju-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-si, with the name of the unexploited person in the name of 500,000 won for the purchase and sale of opon. On the same day, Defendant A was delivered with a bus freight arriving at K around 16:0 on the same day with an unexploited number of plastic bags in the white paper.

Accordingly, the above defendant purchased philophones.
