A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 13:05 on January 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a B rocketing taxi under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.167% from approximately 50 meters away from the 500-meter section from the front day of the Taepyeong-dong, Mapyeong-dong, Sungnam-si to the road; and (b) from the 2824 Southwest-do, to the road.

2. The Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender and was transferred to a police box located in the Mannam-si, Sungnam-si, due to the fact that he had caused an accident while driving under drinking, as mentioned in the above paragraph (1).

At around 13:28 on January 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) threatened the police officer, who belongs to the above C police box, with the notification of the drinking measurement figures from D, who was subject to the notification of the drinking measurement figures by D; (b) interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by the police officer’s criminal investigation, etc. on the ground that: (c) threatened the police officer of the above C police box, such as “to kill........., she died; (d) to die; (e) thrown away from a fine; (e) to thrown off the knick; (e) to cut off the knick, to cut off the police box; and (e) continued to break up the knife the police box.” (d) The Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties regarding the criminal investigation, etc. by taking advantage of the influence of the police officer D, and trying to spread it by sark.

3. Defluence;

A. On January 11, 2014, the Defendant insulted the victim E, who is a police officer, by openly insulting the victim “a bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” among the civil petitioners F, etc., within the police box.

B. On January 11, 2014, at around 13:30, the Defendant insulting G, a police officer, told the victim G, who was a police officer, of the fact that the Defendant reported the civil petitioner F, etc. within the said C police box, thereby openly insulting the victim by referring the victim “nick gue, Mahhhhhhhhhhhhh.”
