Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s Busan Branch on September 29, 2008, and was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Incheon District Court on November 23, 2009.

At around 23:50 on October 9, 2014, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with approximately 2 km from the street in front of a mutually influent restaurant in the Seo-gu Incheon Cheongbu District to the front road in front of the same Gu Mana-dong Mana-dong, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.140%.
