Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2007, the Defendant driven a vehicle under the influence of alcohol at least twice by being sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch on the same day, and on October 7, 2009, a fine of KRW 1,500,000,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the above court on the same day.
