Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2014, at around 00:25, the Defendant driven approximately 10km from the front day of the restaurant in the name of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon to the Yancheon-dong Yancheon-dong Yandong, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.239%.
