Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a cruise car.

1. On August 12, 2018, at around 23:59, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C, the Defendant proceeded at a speed of three-lanes of the two-lane distance intersections from the distance of statistical office to Samsung-based.

At the time, it is night and its place is a private-distance intersection in which on-and-off lights are installed, so in such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to temporarily stop the front side and the right and the right before entering the intersection and then pass through the intersection.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to go through the Jeonju-si and failed to go on the right side of the road on the front side of the street by negligence, and received the left side of the five QM3 car driven by the victim C (Nam, 24 years old) as the front part of the cruise car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence as above, and at the same time, the Defendant escaped without immediately stopping the said QM3 car to the extent that it damages the repair cost of KRW 6,963,333, and without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim.

2. On August 13, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime with the victim FF, G, H, and I is called “the first traffic accident” as stated in the said paragraph (1) around 00:01.

The passage of the K convenience point in the west-gu, Western-si, Western-si, the direction of the intersection was driven at a speed that would not be known to the new intersection from the opposite side of the two directions.

At the time, on-the-off and off-off lights are installed at night, so in such a case, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to temporarily stop prior to the entry of the distance and pass through the intersection.

Nevertheless, the defendant has a duty to temporarily stop in the front time while causing a primary traffic accident and immediately escape.
