A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

At around 03:50 on January 1, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car in front of the Sungdong-dong Sungdong-dong Sungdong-dong Sungdong-dong-si's Sungdong-dong's Sungdong-dong-si from the private street room of the National Statistical Office to the same eukdong-dong apartment.
