Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 26, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract as indicated in attached Form 1 with Defendant A’s mother as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The instant insurance contract includes a special agreement that guarantees the daily maximum hospitalization allowances of KRW 30,000 per day when the Defendant B, the insured, is hospitalized due to an injury or disease.
B. The details of insurance contracts that the Defendants or other families of the Defendants concluded with Defendant B as the insured since 2006 are as shown in attached Form 2. The details of insurance contracts.
C. After concluding the instant insurance contract on August 2, 2010, Defendant B received insurance money of KRW 116,135,850,000, in total from the insurance company entry in the attached Form 2 of the Act on the Conclusion of Insurance Contracts, including the fact that Defendant B received hospital treatment or surgery for 278 days in total from 18 days until July 4, 2015, and received KRW 9,340,00,000 from the Plaintiff as an insured accident after receiving hospital treatment or surgery for 278 days in total from the insurance company entry in the attached Table 2 of the Act on the Conclusion of Insurance Contracts.
From 2007 to 2014, the Defendants did not acquire real estate or other property on which property tax or local tax can be imposed, and among them, reported income during some of the periods as follows:
