1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 3, 2011, the Plaintiff and Defendant A entered into an insurance contract with Defendant B, who is the mother of the above Defendant, indicated in the attached Table 1 insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The instant insurance contract includes the collateral for the payment of the daily amount of hospitalization when the insured is hospitalized due to illness or injury.

B. From January 7, 2011 to January 28, 2011, Defendant B received hospital treatment for 196 days in total, on 15 occasions, as shown in attached Table 2 from around that time to January 27, 2015, for the period of 22 days with the diagnosis of sacratitis at the Macheon Medical Center, and as well as for the period from around that time, Defendant B received hospital treatment for 196 days in total due to disease symptoms, such as salt, tensions, food disease, sacratum disease, safratum refratosis, safratum safrat, avian influenza, safrat, etc.

(hereinafter “instant insurance accident”). C.

The insurance contract of Defendant B, the insured, is 14 cases as shown in the attached Table 3, and the amount paid by the Plaintiff to Defendant B as insurance money is 5,880,072 won, and the amount confirmed as insurance amount paid by many insurance companies including the Plaintiff to Defendant B is 9,904,677 won.

The Defendants did not acquire real estate or other property on which property tax or local tax can be imposed from 2010 to 2014, but reported income in the net tax office as follows.
