Defendant shall be sentenced to one year of imprisonment, and the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From Apr. 9, 2016 to Apr. 17:30, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property over nine times between Apr. 9, 2016 to Apr. 10, 2016, by discovering two distribution lots of money equivalent to KRW 150,00 in the market price installed on the vehicle for the use of F Slaughter owned by the victim E, parked in another place, and by using the above at the static price, the Defendant cut off two distribution units on the Gpoter vehicles owned by the Defendant, and then cut off the said distribution units on the Gpoter vehicles from Apr. 9, 2016 to Jun. 18, 2016.

2. From May 16, 2016 to 22:00 on May 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the said factory into the said factory at the first construction site located in Gwangju Mine-gu H at around 24:00 on the same day; (b) discovered two stacks equivalent to the total market value of KRW 900,000 in the number of market prices installed in the vehicle for accusation owned by the victimJ; (c) discovered the two stacks in the said site; and (d) carried the electric wires connected to the ter by using the said strings; and (d) loaded the electric wires to the Gpoter owned by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant, at night, stolen the victims’ property by intrusion upon a structure at night, and then stolen the victims’ property at night from May 16, 2016 to June 17, 2016, as shown in the second list of crimes committed in the annexed Table 2.
