A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. From May 4, 2018 to May 7, 2018, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) in front of the “D Burial” in the victim C’s operation in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; (b) discovered the distribution box attached to the E-witter cargo vehicle parked at the scene; and (c) tried to find the wires connected to the E-witter vehicle in advance by using the watch; and (d) attempted to have the wires connected to the wire by using the watch; (b) but, as electric wires were not well known, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime.

2. Larceny;

A. From May 5, 2018 to May 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the street in front of the “H” of the victim G management in Ulsan-gun F, Ulsan-gun; (b) discovered a distribution box attached to the Plaintiff’s Iwing-gun cargo vehicle that was parked therein; and (c) found the connected electric wires using the front line, and removed one set of an invoice amounting to KRW 70,000,000 from the market price.

B. On May 17, 2018, at around 23:45, the Defendant discovered an invoice attached to the victim K’s cargo vehicle parked at the victim K, P Poter cargo vehicle, and Q Poter cargo vehicle parkeded by the victim M, and the victim’s Poter cargo vehicle parked by the victim K. On the street above the “L” and “N” of the victim’s operation of the U.S., Ulsan-gun, U.S.J., U.S., and the Defendant stolen, respectively, by carrying the connected wire in advance, the sum of KRW 150,00,000 is removed.

On May 21, 2018, the Defendant discovered the distribution box attached to the U and V Poter cargo vehicle parkeded by the victim in the front parking lot of the “T” in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S. on May 21, 2018, and used the connected wire to possess it in advance, and then stolen the total amount of KRW 140,000,000 from the two market prices of the distribution ground.

In May 2018, the Defendant: (a) was placed in the front of Ulsan-gun W, the victim X parked at that place, and (b) was parked in the middle of May 2018.
