A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) confirmed on November 20, 2014, the victim D in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 20:00; (b) intruded the above lending; (c) 4 floors and 5 floors and the market price, which is the victim’s own wall installed in the wall and the tent, prepared in advance for electric wires 7km and pents; and (d) put them into the mastru in the floor.

2. Larceny;

A. On December 7, 2014, at around 12:35, the Defendant confirmed that there is no way at the site of the new loan construction in Eunpyeong-gu E, and entered the above loan, and opened the wall from 3 to 6th to 6th of the market price of the victim F, who was installed in the wall and the tent, prepared in advance the amount equivalent to 3 km electric wires on the wall and the pent, etc., and then stored it in the mastru in the floor and stolen it.

B. On December 21, 2014, around 13:27, 2014, the Defendant confirmed loan construction sites located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and, for the electrical distribution of vessels by entering the above loan sites, the Defendant saw the victim D, who was installed in the wall and the wall from 1st to 5th to 5th floor of the lower level of the market price of the victim D, installed in the wall and the pent, etc., and then put them into the mastru in the floor and stolen it.
