Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chairperson of the D Trade Union.

1. On August 28, 2015, the president of the Korean Democratic Labor Union (hereinafter “the president of the Korean Labor Union”) reported the assembly to the effect that: (a) around July 31, 2015, from around 09:0 to August 18, 2015, he/she reported to the Seoul Sejong-ro Police Station to the effect that approximately 1,000 people participate in the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-ro’s third class in the Park Sejong-ro Seoul Jongno-ro, Seoul, for the first time, from around 18:00 to August 29, 2015; and (b) around August 26, 2015, from around 17:30 to around 19:30, he/she reported to the Seoul Local Police Agency to the effect that he/she will participate in the Cheongjin-gu’s office or the Cheongjin-gu’s office to the effect that he/she “Seoul-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan Police Police Agency’s Maga.”

Accordingly, from August 28, 2015 to 14:20 on August 28, 2015, 12:35 to March 14:20, the president of Jongno-gu held an assembly of the “Resolution for the Resolution for the Resolution for the Resolution on the Standle of Mandle of the Labor Market Structure,” in nine places, such as the delivery of the Park in front of the Park, the delivery of the Sejong Culture Center in front of the Sejong Culture Center, and the front of the Madmun-gu Sho, the president continued to implement a propaganda challenge in the relevant group until 14:50

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. On September 23, 2015, the president of the labor-management general meeting: (a) around September 18, 2015: (b) around September 201, the president of the labor-management general meeting; and (c) around September 21, 2015, at the Seoul Southern-gu Police Station, from around September 21, 2015 to October 18, 2015, the assembly was reported to the effect that approximately 10 people participate in the election for the resolution on the prevention of labor-management music; and (d) around September 21, 2015 to the Seoul Southern-gu Police Station on September 23, 2015.
