Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the president of the Daegu Branch of the National Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as “B Trade Union”) affiliated with the National Federation of Labor Unions (hereinafter referred to as the “Private Labor Union”).

On July 31, 2015, the Civil Noh Jeong-gun reported the assembly to the Seoul Police Station to the effect that approximately KRW 1,000 participation in the labor market structure improvement resolution from August 28, 2015 to August 18, 2015 in Sejong Sejong-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and that approximately KRW 1,00 participation in the third class of Sejong-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, would hold the labor market, and ② around August 26, 2015, the Seoul Local Police Agency made a report to the effect that: (a) participation of approximately 2,00 persons from around 17:30 to around 19:30, and reported to the effect that the labor market was the “Cheongjin-gu Office” or the “Seojin-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan National Police Agency’s resolution to stop the election of the Mangjin-do,” among the three-party parks.

Accordingly, from August 28, 2015 to 14:20 on August 28, 2015, 12:35, to March 14:20, the president of Jongno-gu held nine assemblies of the Labor Market Act, such as the delivery of the Park in front of the Park, the delivery of the Sejong Culture Center in front of the Sejong Culture Center, and the front of the Magmun-gu Span-dong, in front of the Magmun-dong, etc., and continuously developed a propaganda challenge in that class until 14:50.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
