Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 28, 2015, the Assembly reported to the effect that, around July 31, 2015, the General Assembly of the National Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the “General Assembly”) would hold the “Public-Private Partnership Resolution Meeting” in which approximately 100 persons participate in the third class from around August 28, 2015 to around 18:00 of the following day at the police station in Seoul, Sejong-ro, Seoul, from around August 28, 2015 to around July 28, 2015.

Accordingly, on August 28, 2015, from around 12:35 to 14:50 on August 28, 2015, the civil class of the class in Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, carried out the assembly and demonstration at nine times, such as delivery in front of the park, delivery in front of the Sejong Culture Center, delivery in front of the Sejong Culture Center, and the front of the luminous Span.

Since then, from 15:00 to 16:07 of the same day, the Defendant, along with more than 2,800 participants in the above assembly, occupied the entire six-lanes as in the front of the small park in the Sejong-ro, and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle by driving along and demonstration.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with 2,800 women who participated in the assembly and interfered with the traffic of the land.

2. On September 23, 2015, the president of the Korean Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter “the president of the Korean Democratic Trade Union”) reported the assembly to the effect that, around September 18, 2015, in the Seoul Southern-gu Police Station from September 21, 2015 to October 18, 2015, the president of the Korean Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter “the president of the Korean Democratic Trade Union”) held approximately 10 voting meetings and the national campaign in front of the newspaper company’s building.

On September 23, 2015, in which approximately 5,50 members, including union members, who are more than 100 assembly members reported from around 15:03 on September 23, 2015, took part in the above trend, and went through the front line of the newspaper company, and conducted a demonstration with the whole road in front of the interesting country buildings and Sejong Culture Center, and interfered with the traffic of vehicles.

The defendant participated in the above assembly from 15:08 to 17:44 on the same day, and conducted demonstration with other participants in other assemblies while occupying all lanes, such as the above intersection and the front road of the interesting building.
