Punishment of the crime

On November 11, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a maximum of two years and six months, and a short of two years, on November 22, 2017 at the Seoul Northern District Court, to a minimum of two years and six months, and completed the execution of the sentence.

2. [2019고단4727] 피고인은 2019. 8. 25. 05:55경 서울 D상가 앞 도로에서, 서울노원경찰서 E지구대 소속 경사 F가 ‘피고인의 친구 G이 음주운전을 한다’는 112신고를 받고 출동하여 호흡측정을 한 후, G의 요구로 인근 병원에 가서 혈액 채취 방법에 의한 측정을 하고자 위 G을 순찰차에 승차시키자, 위 F에게 “내가 면허취소를 두 번 당해봐서 잘 안다, 그깟 벌금 200만 원 내면 되지, 너는 가만히 있어라”라고 소리를 지르고, “씹할 새끼야”라고 욕설을 하며 위 F의 가슴을 양손으로 밀쳐 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
