Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 15, 2020, the Defendant, at around 01:35, 2020, expressed a desire for about 15 minutes to a police officer who solicits him to return home without any justifiable reason, such as “the head of the Si/Gun/Gu police station in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, 283, a computer monitor in the 1st floor of the Seoul Nowon-gu Police Station in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 283, such as “the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, scam, scam, scam, and scambling.”

2. At around 01:48 of the foregoing day, the Defendant: (a) expressed to the head of the police station B affiliated with the Seoul Labor Relations Commission B, who recommended the Defendant to return home at the above place for the foregoing reasons; (b) expressed that “I must go back once from the line of the above C due to a shot, shote, shote, arrest, and nison’s arrest,” and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties regarding protective measures, such as the prevention of crimes, by assaulting the C.
