A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 21, 2008, the Defendant sentenced the Daejeon District Court to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on September 4, 2010.
The Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property as follows.
1. On November 201, 2010, the Defendant intruded the victim C’s house located in Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun through another window, and stolen the crepane with 2,00,000 won in total, 3,000 won of the market price of the victim’s ownership, and 3,000 won in total.
2. On January 24, 2011, at around 12:15, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim F’s house in Cheongyang-gun E into a scheme through another side, through a cresh in which there is no person; (b) 30, 40, and 10,000 won in total of the market price of the victim’s ownership; and (c) stolen it.
3. Around January 2011, the Defendant: (a) discovered a crepane in the victim H house located in Cheongyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun G, Chungcheongnam-do, through a crepane crepane, where there is no human being; and (b) did not commit an attempted crime, after hearing the siren sound of the police vehicle, which was frightening the crepane; and (c) did not commit an attempted crime, with the wind that the Defendant escaped.
4. On March 30, 201, at around 11:15, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim JJ’s house located in Chungcheong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun into tearing-do in a way of tearing shocking crebs without human beings; (b) 160,00 won per 160,000 won per 2,90,000 won per 160,000 won per market value per 70,000,000 won per market value; and (c) was stolen by inserting three crebs in a mountain room with 70,000,000 won per market value.
