Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On July 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Chemicals Control Act and two years of suspended execution at the Daejeon District Court on July 16, 2015, and such judgment becomes final and conclusive on July 24, 2015 and is currently under suspended execution.
【Criminal Facts】
1.
