Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 21, 2017, Defendant A around 23:20, around 21, 2017, the Defendant engaged in sexual traffic by bringing 1.50,000 won to J (W, 13:00,000) juveniles who met with F, and engaging in sexual intercourse on two occasions.

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

When Defendant B and Defendant C came to know that the Defendants got out of the Republic of Korea on March 2017, 201, while having become aware of the fact that Defendant B and Defendant C committed the joint crime, the victim would be protected if he/she left the Republic of Korea only on the condition that the victim left the Republic of Korea.

After that, from March 2017 to March 27, 2017, the Defendants: (a) colored the victim’s movement by using the mobile phone “F” distribution, and (b) received the victim’s payment for sexual traffic (200,000 won per time); and (c) used the same as the victim’s sexual traffic.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to induce the juvenile victim to become the counterpart of the act of buying sex.
