A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 2-A, 2-B, and 6-2 of the Decision of the 2017 High 58 cases, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On November 24, 2016, A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Military Service Act by the Daejeon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 2, 2016.

Defendant A and B recruited male purchase through 201 Gohap 501, Defendant A and B conspired to engage in sexual traffic brokerage business by soliciting female juveniles by allowing K (W, 16 years old), L (W, 15 years old) to engage in sexual traffic and receiving the price for the sexual traffic, and then allowing them to engage in sexual traffic.

From November 2, 2016 to December 4, 2016, the above Defendants conspired with C and D to allow them to engage in sexual traffic and to receive KRW 1.30,000 won for sexual traffic by allowing them to talk with men in secret name, and to engage in sexual traffic by allowing them to engage in sexual traffic, in collusion with C and D, and from December 5, 2016 to December 8, 2016, the above Defendants assisted with C and D by allowing them to engage in sexual traffic with the above sexuals in the same manner as above.

Defendant C, D, and A had a female juvenile be recruited by way of a maring app “I, and J”, which became known to society, so that they had a female juvenile engage in sexual traffic and receive the consideration for engaging in sexual traffic, thereby having a female juvenile engage in sexual traffic, and having them receive the consideration for sexual traffic.

1. Defendant C, D’s violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Good Offices, etc.), Defendant C, and D, in collusion with A on November 2, 2016, in order to put the said K into a telecom with a person with no knowledge of the trade name in the Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon on November 2, 2016, where it is impossible to identify the name of the said K, thereby having the said K engage in sexual traffic with 40,000 males and 1.35,000 won received in compensation, and then, from around that time to December 8, 2016, the act of purchasing child’s sexual intercourse with the same method for a total of 138 times as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 1.
