Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

The defendants completed the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

around June 2016, the Defendants came to know of the fact that the victim G (the 15 years old), who was working at the F convenience store located in E in the lightyang-si around 2016, came to know of the fact that the Defendants came to know of the fact that the victim G (the 15 years old) was going to contact with the victim through H.

On October 2016, the Defendants offered that Defendant B would be punished for money by engaging in sexual traffic to the Defendant at the Defendant’s residence in lightyang-si I room 503 of the first day of 2016, and Defendant A agreed to purchase the sex by using a smartphone device, such as “J”, and conspired to use a sound car to help the victim purchase the sex.

On October 2016, the Defendants: (a) opened a phone to the victim before Lart, which was located in K in Mayangyang-si, on the back seat of the Defendant’s driving; (b) opened on the steering line to find a sex purchase through the above fishing line; and (c) opened the Defendant’s driving of the said car until the Defendant found a sex purchase; (d) opened the said car to the N elementary school in Mayang-si; (b) moved the victim to the above N elementary school; and (c) opened the victim to the above N elementary school in Mayang-si, the Defendants solicited the victim to buy the said car from the Pel in 150,000,000, by soliciting the victim from the Pel to the 150,000,000,000 won, including, but not limited to, the date of sexual intercourse; and (c) made the victim to buy the car from the Pel to the above Pel 1,000,0000 won and the victim’s name from the Pel.

As a result, Defendants are victims of children and juveniles to become the counterpart in buying sex of children and juveniles.
