Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while working at the studio construction site adjacent to Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, had a good knowledge of the internal structure of the above B at the site of the studio construction site adjacent to Pyeongtaek-gu, in order to steal electric wires installed inside the building.

1. On April 9, 2012, the Defendant entered a thief and a structure: (a) around 18:50, 2012, and entered the said B office through a glass window, and (b) above, the Defendant, who was well inside the corridor of the first floor of the Defendant, was prepared in advance at approximately 80,000 meters of the market price managed by the victim C, with a electric cable of approximately 30,000 meters in length.

Accordingly, the defendant intruded on a building managed by people, and stolen other things.
