A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 26, 2012.

1. On May 11, 2012, at around 13:00, the Defendant intruded into the house of the victim D located in the Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan, through an open gate, and removed a small range of windows shocking network, puts his hand over his hand through the inter-brupting of the crime prevention window, and taken out one brupt direction at the market price of KRW 7,000, the market price of the victim located on the table of the consignee.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. The Defendant: (a) stolen the property at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); (b) and then coloring the subject of the second theft, the Defendant destroyed the property by d's plicate, which was located in the boiler room, and thereby, breaking the back door door door of the market price of the victim D.

3. On May 14, 2012, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a back door with the key attached to the “G Advertising” office operated by the victim F in Busan Dong-gu, Busan; and (b) intrudes into the office, and (c) had one of the parts of Samsung Computer in an amount equivalent to KRW 1.2 million at the market price on the face of the victim, the victim’s ownership, Samsung Computer, monitors, one of whom is the victim’s main body; and (d) one of the devices converting the market price into an influor.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.

4. At night, around 04:00 on May 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened an open door and intruded into a restaurant operated by the victim I located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan; and (b) had a small credit cooperative (including a bank equivalent to KRW 4,000) the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 50,00,000, which was owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.
