Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. [Attachment 2019 Highest 2268]
A. On March 25, 2019, the Defendant, on March 25, 2019, entered the building in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and opened an entrance which was not corrected after going to the third floor through an external stairs, and intrudes into the building managed by the victim, and 50,000 won in total of the cash managed by the victim C, which was placed on the wall of the wall on the right side, and was stolen by the victim C, who was placed on the wall of the body installed at the place, for the purpose of stealing property from the point of view of theft.
B.
