A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates the above private teaching institute with the defendant's wife, such as driving vehicles at the 4th floor of the building building in Ulsan-gun B Apartment-gun, Ulsan-gun.

The victim D (n, 12 years of age) is a student who had been in the pertinent private teaching institute from around 2018 to December of the same year, and the victim E (n, 12 years of age) is a student who had in the said private teaching institute from August 2017 to February 2018, and is a relative between them.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against Victims D (Minors under thirteen years of age);

A. On January 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the fact that the victim (the age of 11 at the time of the commission of the crime) is working in the car page adjacent to the said C Institute at a low time; (b) discovered that the victim (the age of 11 at the time of the commission of the crime) was working in the same school as her friend; and (c) opened the victim’s books together with his/her friending.

The defendant commits an indecent act against the victim.
