Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was in charge of aiding and abetting the head of the “C Research Institute” centering on the victim B (n, 10 years of age) who graduated from the c driving school and aiding and abetting the students who come from the said c driving school.

The Defendant, from the time when the victim begins attending the above Enonoopian Institute, was able to commit an indecent act against the victim by using a mutually friendly and inshore situation while having sufficiently perceived the age of the victim.

1. On June 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) within the “C Research Institute” located in Masung-gun, Massung-gun, Massung-gun, Massung-gun, the victim identified the victim’s “batum” with “batum” during which the victim had the victim walked with the victim’s batch; and (b) committed an indecent act once by taking the victim’s chest under the victim’s clothes.

2. On July 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as in paragraph (1) at a student conference on July 2, 2018; and (b) at the same place as in paragraph (1) at a student conference, the Defendant used the cresh in which the victim did not write the path and did so; and (c) used the cresh in which the victim took care of the pathy, and followed the victim’s chest in front, and committed an indecent act once.

On July 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as Paragraph (1) at a time around o’clock on July 6, 2018; (b) at the victim’s horse, the victim kidddds the victim with her horses, thereby committing an indecent act on the victim’s chest by proneing the victim’s her finger in front of the next hand;

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim under 13 years of age four times.
