Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 10, 2012, Defendant B conspired with I and filed an application for the payment of basic childcare fees for the said L and child care fees with the office of the Daegu Metropolitan City, Daegu, Daegu, for the said L and the said L and child care fees that are settled by the Defendant, in collusion with Defendant B, from the “K Child Care Center” in the “K Child Care Center” operated by the 105 Dong-dong building 103, Seogu, Daegu, Daegu, 201, as if the Defendant’s children were taken care of the said K Child Care Center.
However, the defendant and I had not actually taken care of the above L in the above "K Child Care Center" but filed a false registration of childcare children and filed an application for payment of childcare fees.
The Defendant, in collusion with I, received childcare subsidies of KRW 361,00 and childcare subsidies of KRW 394,00 which are paid by Love Card around May 10, 2012 from the victim, by deceiving him/her as above, and received KRW 3,61,00 from the above date to February 10, 2013, and received subsidies and childcare subsidies of KRW 3,940,000 in total and KRW 3,610,000 in total for the above L and KRW 3,940,000 in total and KRW 7,50,000 in total, and KRW 50,00 in a false or other unlawful manner.
2. On May 10, 2012, in collusion with Defendant G, the Defendant registered the Defendant’s child M, as if he took care of the Defendant’s child, at the above K Child Care Center “K Child Care Center,” and filed an application for the payment of basic childcare fees for M and childcare fees for the said M settled with the Defendant’s child, with the office of the Daegu Metropolitan City, Daegu Metropolitan City, and that of the victim, the Defendant issued.
However, the defendant and I had not actually taken care of the above M in the above "K Child Care Center" but filed a false registration of childcare children and filed an application for payment of childcare fees.
The defendant, in collusion with I, deceivings the victim as above and belongs to it.
