Punishment of the crime

Defendant is a person operating a “D Child Care Center” in South-U.S. C, and despite having received a subsidy or made no use of a subsidy by fraud or other improper means, the Defendant is a person operating the D Child Care Center;

As if the above child-care center E does not attend a child-care center even though he/she did not attend the child-care center, he/she is willing to falsely attend the center and apply for basic child-care fees to the Cheongan Military Administration. On April 2014, 2014, the police officer applied for KRW 361,000 for subsidies for basic child-care fees on March 9, 2014 and received them on April 9, 2014 by the above method, including the payment of KRW 2,16,00,000 for basic child-care fees for six months, including the two-month period table of the crime committed in the attached Table 2.

2. 위 어린이집 샛별 반 F, 은 별반 G, H가 6일 내지 10일 출석 하였으면 기본 보육료를 신청할 수 없음에도 불구하고 11일 이상 출석한 것처럼 허위로 출석 체크를 하고 무안 군청에 기본 보육료를 신청하기로 마음먹고, 2014. 9. 초 순경 위 어린이집에서 F이 2014. 8. 위 어린이집에 10일 출석 하였음에도 마치 14일 출석한 것처럼 출석부를 허위로 기재하여 2014. 8. 분 기본 보육료 지원금 174,000원을 무안 군청에 신청하여 2014. 9. 12. 지급 받고, 2015. 1. 초순경 같은 방법으로 G에 대한 2014. 12. 분 기본 보육료 지원금 115,000원을, H에 대한 2014. 12. 분 기본 보육료 지원금 115,000원을 각 신청하여 지급 받아
