Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The registration of ownership transfer in the name of Gyeonggi-gu Telecommunication was assessed under the name of U, 65,554 square meters in the name of Gyeonggi-do, and both U and V inherited U’s property and V’s property independently, and V’s ASEAN succeeded to the above land by way of the agreement on the division of inherited property around May 200. 2) The forest land register of 65,554 square meters in Gyeonggi-do Telecommunication was destroyed by Korean War.
