A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 14, 2018, at around 23:30 on the 14th, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si B, Kimpo-si, the Defendant damaged the malone by walking the string of the unsurged so on the market price of the victim, which is installed in front of the scene, and cutting the pole on the floor, on the ground that the d convenience store operated by the victim C, who was on the 1st floor of the building Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.

2. On March 15, 2018, at around 00:05, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a current offender due to the charge of the crime described in paragraph (1) by the Gyeonggi Kim Jong-gu Police Station E commander of the Gyeonggi Kim Jong-gu Police Station; and (b) was on the back seat of the H patrol vehicle used by the public office where the said police officer was on board; (c) was arrested, and (d) the Defendant was able to walk the above patrol vehicle more than 71,021 won in total, including the back of the patrol vehicle, and damaged the repair cost of the said patrol vehicle by walking up 771,021 won.

3. On March 15, 2018, at around 01:20 on March 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties; (b) obstructed the performance of duties by four police officers, such as the Gyeonggi Kim Jong-si Police Station E (25 years old); and (c) boarded the back seat of the patrol vehicle, such as the victim J (25 years old); and (d) transferred tobacco to the Gyeonggi-do Kimpo Police Station located on the 795-ro 795-ro, Kim Jong-si; (b) was requested by the victim to stop tobacco in the patrol vehicle; and (c) the Defendant was so dismissed, spit down one time on the right side of the victim; and (d) laid down one time at the right side of the part of the victim, he sawd the victim with the upper part of the blue blue part, which is the right side of the road that requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the escort of suspects by police officers, and at the same time injured the victim.
