Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. The Defendant conspiredd with B to acquire insurance money under the pretext of repair cost and agreement by deceiving an insurance company as if there was an erroneous land owned by B and a traffic accident using one’s own Oba which has already been damaged.

On May 4, 2014, around 16:30 on May 4, 2014, at the front of the Jongno-gu Seoul Cultural Center, the Defendant, along with B, contacted the Defendant, even though the Defendant met with the Otoba in part, the Defendant, who was in charge of compensation for the name of the Dong fire in the Sitoba Insurance Co., Ltd., Co., Ltd., Ltd., a private person in charge of insurance of Otoba, who was in charge of compensation for the name of the Dong fire, and was under stop.

“A false insurance accident” was received, and the Defendant claimed insurance money to the effect that the Defendant suffered from traffic accidents due to B’s negligence, and thus, the Defendant paid the agreed amount and medical expenses, and it was transferred from the said employee in charge of compensation to the Defendant’s account and the repair company’s account in total KRW 1,919,490 in terms of the agreed amount, medical expenses, repair expenses, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, accused by deceiving staff of the victim, thereby deceiving the victim's property.

B. The Defendant, against the vehicle that hangs down on the side streets, intentionally putting the Defendant into the road by intentionally putting them out, provided that D installed the vehicle and received the insurance by deceiving the driver as if the accident was caused by care due to care, and then conspired with D to acquire the insurance proceeds from the insurance company.

On September 5, 2015, the Defendant, along with D, proceeded with the road in front of the F cafeteria located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, at around 03:20 on September 5, 2015.
